Social Responsibility in East Anglia: Circus Starr

To kick-off our year of social responsibility in East Anglia, we have donated £100 to Circus Starr.

This money will go towards tickets for six children and their families to attend Circus Starr’s Cambridge performance of ‘The Winter Circus”!

The community interest company tours the UK annually, bringing the magical art of circus to children who have disabilities and special educational needs.

Circus Starr is on a quest to help vulnerable children make memories that they can cherish for a lifetime. But they can’t do this without community-driven businesses for support. It is thanks to generous donations that disadvantaged families can receive free tickets to the fun-filled show.

“ We wouldn’t be able to bring our magical show to Cambridge without the kind support of businesses like Neaves & Neat. Thanks to their contribution we have been able to invite children with disabilities and additional learning need to come and experience our accessible event.”- Michelle Crossley, Fundraising Director, Circus Starr

Circus Starr will be in Cambridge on Friday 17th January 2020.

This tour sees the charitable organisation move location every single day on the 19-day run, performing two family-friendly shows in each town that they visit.

Circus Starr has been touring the UK with their accessible shows for the past 32 years, with the organisation running purely on donations from businesses in each area that they visit.

To donate please call 01260 288690 or email donations@circus-starr.org.uk.
