Retaining talent through powerful onboarding

We’re running a series of seminars on issues surrounding recruitment and business in East Anglia. The first, Retaining talent through powerful onboarding, will dive in to the role onboarding plays, as well as case studies from industry leaders.

A negative onboarding experience results in new hires being twice as likely to look for other opportunities. We are therefore hosting a free seminar for employers to share real strategies to retaining staff through onboarding.

Retaining Talent Through Powerful Onboarding Seminar
28th February 2020
The Maltings, Ely

Hear from HR leaders explaining the importance of retaining talent through a positive onboarding process.

This breakfast seminar brings you the opportunity to spend time with talent experts looking at the onboarding process, how it impacts a new employees impression on a business and how retention is linked to those early days of employment.

You will hear from Hayley Murfitt, Director of Sales at Neaves & Neat…

As well as, Kirsten Smith from face2face HR. Kirsten brings a wealth of experience in tackling HR issues.

Followed by a Q&A session where you can ask questions about the challenges you face in your business.

The morning is a great opportunity to connect with HR professionals from across East Anglia and learn from challenges other business have faces across the area.

In February we are supporting The British Heart Foundation. This seminar is free to all attendees, but if you would like to contribute to cause you can make a donation during registration. The BHF is our charity of the month for February and we’re proud to be raising money for them.
