We have an opportunity to join a finance team within an Ely based company where you will be directly supporting the credit control manager with all customer enquiries and queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying overdue debts and debts that are about to become due
• Contacting customers as required to follow up on the status of invoices
• Resolving customer payment and invoice queries
• Taking customer credit card payments
• Assisting the credit control manager in other ad hoc duties

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Previous experience in a credit control/accounts role
• Excellent telephone manner
