Salary:                                   £24,500 per annum

We are recruiting for a Stores/Warehouse Supervisor on a permanent basis, based on the outskirts of Ely.

As Stores Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the stores function for a busy manufacturing business.

You will have previous experience of working in a similar role with a good knowledge of a computerised stock system and an understanding of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities include:

• Health & Safety
• Stock management including investigation of discrepancies
• Goods-In
• Workload planning and supervision
• KPI management
• Performance management including reporting
• Control of stores operation and team
• Implement continuous improvement techniques
• Getting involved in daily tasks
• Administration

About you:

You will be methodical with strong attention to detail. You will have good organisational and communication skills.

Additionally, it’s really important that you have good PC skills, working knowledge of Excel and the willingness to learn new software/stock systems.
