Marketing Sales Sales Support & Marketing Co-ordinator

A fantastic opportunity for a Sales Support and Marketing Co-ordinator to join a friendly, professional team in Ely.

This is a fast moving, busy environment with duties including:


Sales support

  • Co-ordinating the sales process from enquiry generation through to quotation stage
  • Providing a pro-active first line support to the sales team
  • Tracking the sales process KPI’s vs the current business plan
  • Monthly reporting
  • Preparation of proposals
  • Evaluation and analysis work
  • Market research
  • Assist in completion and submission of customers RFQ’s



  • Working with the manager/director you will develop marketing plans and campaigns to support the sales strategy
  • Management and distribution of marketing/product materials and information
  • Maximise online media presence and promote the company brand / visibility
  • Develop and maintain the marketing activity log to track results and understand most effective ROI
  • Event management including exhibitions and road shows
  • Assist in the development of presentations
  • Assist in the launch of new products
  • Editorial management including the co-ordination of press releases and articles
  • Management of email campaigns
  • Management of marketing budget


The successful candidate will be results focused, have experience in a sales and marketing position and strong communication skills. Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook is essential.


Salary:                  Negotiable

Hours:                  Monday-Friday 39 hours per week (flexible start and finish times)

Duration:             3-4 month fixed term contract
