Location:                    Ely

Hours:                        Monday – Thursday: 06:00 – 14:30 and Fridays: 06:00 – 13:00

Duration:                    Fixed term contract until April 2021

We are looking for a Production Operative to join a busy production team in Ely, on a fixed term contract until April 2021.

You will be working in the manufacturing department using machinery to finish products to a high standard.

Your responsibilities as a Production Operative:

• Working with hand, air and power tools
• Ability to work to given targets effectively, both unsupervised and as part of a team
• Heavy manual handling is an essential part of this role and whilst every effort is made to minimize lifting, inevitably some items will need to be moved by hand – to a maximum weight of 25kg.

If you have worked with hand, air and power tools and have previous production experience that would be ideal. You will also need good numeracy and literacy skills.
