We are recruiting for Payroll Administrator and Cash Controller on a permanent basis for a company based in Brandon.

The role of Payroll Administrator and Cash Controller will be predominantly focused on processing weekly and monthly payroll alongside some cash control responsibilities.

Your Payroll Responsibilities

• P11d completion
• HMRC RTI Submissions, including yearend returns and P60s
• Issue of payslips via online services and paper versions
• Completion of month end payroll journals for processing
• Maintaining analysis of hours worked by employees
• Maintain monthly reconciliations of payroll control accounts on accounts package
• Pension submissions (weekly/monthly)

Your Cash Control Responsibilities

• Debt collection
• Sales invoicing
• Petty Cash
• Inputting purchase invoices
• Some reconciliations of month end balance sheet accounts.

It is essential that you have:

• A detailed understanding of current payroll legislation and experience of completing weekly and monthly payrolls.
• Working knowledge of income tax.
• Experience using SAGE 200 and SAGE Payroll.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
