Location: Cambridge

Salary: Competitive

Hours: Full-time Monday to Friday (flexitime available after the 3-month probation period)

Through company expansion an exciting opportunity as arisen for a highly organised, enthusiastic and pro-active PA / Executive Assistant to join an award-winning company based in Cambridge.

Reporting to the Chief of Staff you will be providing full PA / administrative support to her and the Leadership Team. This position could suit someone who is working as a Group Secretary or PA where they are supporting a team of senior people and happy to muck in and work as a team.

Key duties:

  • Assisting the Leadership Team with team communication activities
  • Proactive diary management
  • Liaising and interacting with clients in person, via phone and email
  • Organising travel bookings, meetings and essential purchases (occasionally accompanying the Directors on business trips as and when required)
  • Comprehensive compilation of meeting notes
  • Handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Working with Office Support to organise catering and refreshments for business meetings and visitors
  • Conducting research and writing clear and concise reports
  • General administration
  • Various day to day errands

Candidate requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role such as Group Secretarial / Secretarial / PA / EA role is essential
  • A strong desire to work within a fast moving, high-pressure creative industry
  • Proven attention to detail and good documentation skills
  • Fantastic planning and organisation skills
  • Flexibility and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and scheduling software
  • Passion and ability to work as a positive, collaborative, enthusiastic, ambitious and contributing team member with a real desire to be part of the team.
  • A great all-round level of education (ideally degree level or equivalent experience in a similar role)
