Due to continued development an established company is currently recruiting an Office / Stores Administrator to join a small team based in Chatteris. This role is Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm.

The company is looking for an experienced administrator who has attention to detail and is good at data processing.

Working within a small, friendly and busy team responsibilities will include:

  • Input data on ERP system from information from supplier base (PO Uploads, scanning of bill of ladings and attaching to PO’s, purchase invoices)
  • Reviewing information and cross-checking to ensure accuracy of information
  • Raising sales orders
  • Chasing information from Customers / Suppliers
  • Supplier Statement Reconciliation
  • Customer claims co-ordination
  • Checking stock/arranging storage of stock

  • Capable of working under own initiative within a small team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive “can do” approach to problem-solving
  • An eye for the detail combined with the ability to appreciate the bigger picture
  • Honesty and integrity

Professional Qualities

  • Experience of ERP systems
  • Microsoft Office proficient
