Accountancy Invoicing & Order Administrator

Recruiting now to start in January, we are looking for an organised, efficient and pro-active Invoicing & Order Administrator to join our client’s small, friendly finance team.

Primarily you will be completing the following tasks:

  • Data collection and processing
  • Ensuring stock allocated matches the invoice
  • Uploading new products onto the system
  • Checking barcodes and prices match
  • Checking data for accuracy
  • Inventory control
  • Order confirmations
  • Administration

If you like to look at more streamlined and efficient ways of processes working as well as having new ideas, these would be welcomed.

Knowledge of Sage 200 would be great, however not essential as training can be provided.

Good excel skills are required along with previous experience of administration, invoicing or stock control.

 

Location:                              Outskirts of Cambridge

Hours:                                   Monday-Friday – 8.5 hours per week between the hours of 8am-6pm

Salary:                                   Up to £27,000 per annum
