A new exciting opportunity for a Head of Customer Services role for a medium sized manufacturing company based in Brandon, Suffolk.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make their mark in a Customer Services role, either stepping up into a headship role or as an established Head of Customer Services.
The Head of Customer Service position involves:
You will lead development of the Customer Operations teams, and you will be instrumental to establishing training schemes within the organisation. You’ll also create, develop and manage the team culture, processes and performance improvements.
We are looking for a strategic Head of Customer Services with strong commercial and operational customer focus. Having experience in the manufacturing or construction, or related sectors is essential. You will be required to prove your track record of leading change and building exemplary customer experiences.
You will need to demonstrate a clear understanding of the issues impacting the relevant markets and you will need to be able to show evidence of well-developed and engaging leadership skills.
