Call Centre and Customer Service Customer Support Representative – 3 month contract

We are recruiting immediately for a Customer Support Representative who has excellent attention to detail and customer service experience, to join a friendly customer support team on a 3-month fixed term contract.

As Customer Support Representative, your duties include:

  • Answer customer enquiries by both phone and e-mail
  • Process customers’ quote requests and orders
  • Meet individual and department KPIs
  • Problem solve and make informed decisions to ensure customer needs are consistently met
  • Follow up on delayed orders and update customers
  • Proactively manage customers needs to prevent escalation

To be considered for this role you must demonstrate:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • An excellent standard of written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Proactive and have a positive approach to problem resolution
  • That you are a quick learner with ability to adapt to and implement new procedures
  • IT literacy and able to use MS Office packages with the ability to learn new systems
  • You are able to work flexible hours to ensure that all orders are processed same-day.

Hours:          Monday – Friday 9am-5:30pm (37.5 hours per week)

Location:     Ely

Salary:         Competitive
