As Customer Support Manager you will be directing operations and ensuring that call handling procedures run smoothly, to deliver a seamless and efficient customer journey.
Your main responsibilities:
In this fast-paced customer manager role you will help deliver an exceptional customer experience in line with brand reputation and market expectations. You will act as the senior point of contact for customer issue resolution, including managing any complaints and escalations.
The successful candidate will have:
A flexible approach and a strong ability to prioritise and multi-task is also required. The Customer Support Manager will, on occasion, be required to travel within the UK in order to fulfil the customer-facing elements of the role.
