Permanent Customer Services Advisor working for a company based in Ely.
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Customer Services Advisor. Working as part of a small and productive team you will be providing high level customer care to customers both over the telephone as well as via e-mail.

Duties include:

  • Liaising with customers over the telephone, advising them of different products and answering any queries that arise
    * Reviewing and processing any amendments to customer policies
    * Updating and maintaining the in-house CRM system
    * Taking customer payments both in person and over the telephone
    * Assisting with any processing of renewals
    * Identify and initiative (after a training period) cross-selling opportunities to new and existing clients

Candidate requirements:

  • Experience of working in a customer facing environment
    * Excellent attention to detail
    * Previous customer services / sales background, ideally with some administrative experience
    * Pro-active and prepared to initiate cross-selling opportunities
