Customer Service and Sales Coordinator
Hours: Full Time
Salary: £21,000 per annum
Due to continued growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for a customer service and sales administrator to join a fast paced and successful company.
This role involves a lot of customer contact therefore candidates with a customer service background in retail or a busy office-based customer service role would be well suited. Full training will be given with regard to the sales administrative aspects of the role.
Using an online CRM system, you will update and collate customer and order information, and will liaise with team members to provide management information as requested. You will communicate with Sales, Commercial and Customer Service teams to resolve customer queries relating to sales and operational issues as well as engaging with external parties.
