Are you a pro-active Account Manager looking for a new challenge in Cambridge?

As Account Manager you will have your own clients and be fully responsible for onboarding them and managing their accounts.


Account Management duties include:

  • Responsible for client account management.
  • Preparing quotes and tracking the status of the quote.
  • Onboarding of new clients.
  • Drafting contracts.
  • Providing training, both face-to-face and via webinar.
  • Updating the CRM accurately.
  • Completing client reviews.


Experience in a similar Account Management position is ideal.

You’ll be great at building relationships, have strong presentation skills and the ability to manage your time effectively.

You’ll also need solid experience in Microsoft Excel and generally in technology.

A financial, economic or project management background would be advantageous but isn’t essential. Lastly, you’ll have an impeccable attention to detail alongside being a confident and articulate communicator.
