As Account Manager you will have your own clients and be fully responsible for onboarding them and managing their accounts.

Account Management duties include:

  • Responsible for account managing a range of clients.
  • As an Account Manager you will be responsible for preparing quotes and tracking the status of the quote as clients decide to go ahead.
  • Providing training, both face-to-face and via webinar.
  • Updating the CRM accurately.
  • Completing client reviews, drafting contracts and completing onboarding checks.

 

What you will need to be successful

Experience in a similar role is an advantage, including knowledge of collections, credit control, lending, relationship management and account management.

You’ll be great at building relationships, have strong presentation skills and the ability to manage your time effectively.

You’ll also need solid experience in Microsoft Excel and generally in technology.

A financial, economic or project management background would be advantageous but isn’t essential. Lastly, you’ll have an impeccable attention to detail alongside being a confident and articulate communicator.
