We are looking for 1st Line IT Support Technician who is customer service focused, an excellent communicator and good at problem solving.
In your job as a 1st Line IT Support Technician, you will be providing product support to customers as well as diagnosing and resolving any technical issues which are reported.
You will have a keen interest in IT with a working knowledge of Windows Client/Server environments being an essential attribute. An understanding of Networking and Firewalls would be advantageous, as would a working knowledge of SQL.
You will have an analytical approach to problem diagnosis, with an ability to logically follow a diagnostic pathway to resolve faults and other customer issues.
This position is for 3 months and working full time hours.
Hourly rate: £10-12.50 per hour
Duration: 3 months
