With experience of working in the recruitment industry since 1996, Charlotte has been based onsite with many clients over the years and acted as a lead on a number of large and complex campaigns, delivering candidates to clients across a wide cross section of industries and skill sets. In March 2020, Charlotte made the move to an internal recruitment role with G’s where she was very quickly charged with mobilising a UK recruitment campaign for seasonal workers in amongst the challenges of COVID-19.
